looking for a linux live cd with all proprietary drivers from ati/nvidia already included.
smallest wouldn't be preferable to a game dvd, etc...

There are LiveCD with proprietary driver: Elive, SimplyMepis, PCLinuxOS etc.

I do not know if the LiveCD contain both ATI and Nvidia proprietary driver in a single CD.

Perhaps you can create your own Livecd with both proprietary driver.
