Kororaa LiveCD have a legal problem:
According to the GPL license, it is illegal to put both GPL software and closed source driver (ie NVIDIA, ATI) on the same media.

Is this true?
How to solve this problem?

Depends on GPL which they can give them their permission or NOT to do so, Alot of Live CD might have ATI and/or NVIDIA drivers comes, but not all..
