I have an very old computer. I wish to use a live cd on it, but I can't find a sutible live CD. It has very limited RAM, about 32 mb, which I remember. It also has a pentium I or II. I want a distrobution that has great performence for normal applications, that doesn't sacrafice the graphics. I prefer KDE or Gnome. List anything you can with system requirements. Thanks! :D

I have similar Pentium I machine with 32 MB RAM without any hard disk.

You can use Knoppix and TWM GUI, dillo browser for browsing Internet.
("knoppix desktop=twm" cheat code)

You can use fast text browser such as links, elinks, lynx etc. ("knoppix 2" cheat code)

See Knoppix cheat code:

I am now looking for a distro for the same computer - a small one with the GNOME desktop. If you know of any other NORMAL distrobutions that can fit in that category, list them here. Thanks!

Perhaps Gnoppix?

Gnome is too bloated for such computer, it's better to use TWM, Blackbox, or IceWM.
