any way we can easily find, for example,
which live cd have wine installed and configured?
which one have freeradius installed and configured?

Definitely a useful feature, but nothing I'd be able to accomplish. Having each project add this info to the wiki would be the only possibility, but seeing as how many LiveCD projects don't have updated websites, it probably won't happen soon.
