BeatrIX

Maybe BeatrIX? It comes in at under 200MB and runs on systems with 64MB of RAM.

It's 186.8 MB, but it'll probably still fit on a mini CD. It has been added.

The Benix-Kanotix-2005-02.1 Distro has 187,4 MB. It's possible to put to the minimal desktop Live CD-s? These distribution has the full 'hardware support' how it-s 'great brother' :-) and only 2,4 MB to much.

@Nick: 185 mini CD are no longer available anymore, Anyway there is 210 mini CD are available in most computer-related stores. you will notice what kind of brands they makes those 210 miniCD are TDK (only CDR) and memerox (only CDRW and CDR). SUSE Live Eval is 1.3Gb (includes Quantianan 0.5.9.2 <1.2Gb> ) that will fit on newer miniDVD which it's capacity is 1.4GB. Those MiniDVD can be found in computer-related stores and mail order includes websites. :)

Alot of ISOs on LiveCD List that are less than 210 will fit on 210 MiniCD

Puppy is the only one I have found that works on all my computers, (12 and counting) and all of my clients computers, (that I have tried). It really seems to like being a "lap dog". When I can't get the displays to work without extra manuall config I toss in the pup.

That said, I will say that certain distros seem to work better on certain computers.

Thanks nick, maybe it's time to change GoblinX sizes at livecdlist.com... and I have a question: those votes for GoblinX Mini go to GoblinX or you'll separate them in two different distro?

Right now they're not being counted, I'll add a new entry to the list for GoblinX Mini and the votes will show up there.
