Progeny is offering a service for creating custom made LiveCD for giant companies at US$ 30 thousands.

I have idea about similar service with price range of US$ 1 to US$ 5 by using parallel compilers, automatic massive cluster powered by wind/solar panel. The result will be send using e-mail (GMAIL/ others), or posted on a secure FTP.
Is this idea possible? Will it become a profitable business?
