Hi
I am disappointed by VIA Mini ITX boards, because the boards use low quality, leaking GSC capacitors.

>Freepia
See:

http://rustedtech.homelinux.net/index.php?id=54

What is the specification of the board?
(vga chipset, ram etc)

1. Make sure the MD5SUM of the ISO image match the original ISO.

2. Try to create new CD with slowest CDRW speed (on cdrecord command, use "speed=1" parameter)

3. Use cheat code, or press Ctrl-Alt-F2.

4. See Howto section on the forum (Nehemiah module).

>Brookdale P4

Hi
Freepia is created ONLY for VIA EPIA M boards, with VIA CPU and VIA CHIPSET, not INTEL 845 with P4 CPU.

Perhaps it's better to use Knoppix or other LiveCD for P4.

>MD5
After you have downloaded the ISO image, please CHECK the MD5SUM of the ISO Image, before burning it to CD.

Enter the command:

md5sum <name of iso file>

The result should be the same as:

b6f72e92298b2be0860ac78388838bb3 freepia-0.3.8-beta2-nehemiah.iso

This official MD5SUM is obtained from:
