LiveCD with tetex, dvi & pdf viewers?

Postby phukraut » Sun May 08, 2005 2:45 pm

Does anyone know of a LiveCD with tetex, a dvi viewer and a pdf viewer installed? I know of SciLix, but would also like more choices, if they are available.

If not, maybe I will try and roll my own, though I am still a newbie.

I just found The Quantian Scientific Computing Environment, and am going to try it out. After version 0.5, however, it's no longer fit for CD-ROM size. I am trying 0.5, but would still prefer something more updated.

Try GoboLinux with tetex, ghostscript, xpdf etc:
