I like Knoppix a lot and how do I install it onto my hard drive?

You're going to want to open a terminal and run

sudo knoppix-installer


You'll probably want to partition beforehand, also, do you want to dual-boot with Windows, or will this be the only OS on the computer?

There are a lot of results if you search google for "knoppix install", but many of them appear overly difficult. The best set of instructions I have seen so far are in O'Reilly's Knoppix Hacks book. If you plan to get into Knoppix, I definitely recommend this book.
