Make LiveCD of RedHat varian.

Hi, all..
I have a linux distro based from RedHat, called WinBI (Windows Bahasa Indonesia). I realy want to make this distro on LiveCD, because no one have done this yet till now. Can anyone help me to make this possible?
Maybe the link with easy way tutorial related to those topic?
