How to create a bootable Linux9 CD in about 2 hours?

Hi all,

I'm a newbie in Linux. Does anyone show me, how can i create a bootable Linux9 CD in about 2 hours?

My PC is running WinXP, Nero installed, has an empty CD, a .iso from this source(www.frozentech.com/content/livecd.php) downloaded.

Please help.
