FTP / HTTP Mirrors for LiveCD

Several LiveCD Distro authors (STUX, Overclockix, LinuxConsole etc) are looking for FTP / HTTP mirrors for their distro's CD image.
Their present website is down / unable to provide the large bandwidth.
Where can the author find a good, free FTP/ HTTP mirrors for the ISO image?
Can they use Ibiblio, Sourceforge mirrors?
Good FTP/HTTP mirror is better than BitTorrent, because overseas users with slow connection can get only 1 Kbyte/second using BT, but they can get 13 Kbyte/second using Prozilla
