FuguIta - yet another OpenBSD LiveCD

I've been working on development the OpenBSD LiveCD called "FuguIta"
("Blowfish Disk" in Japanese).
This is based on OpenBSD 3.9 .

And I've been introducing and distributing it on my website.

- Patch 001 to 004 were applied.
- OpenSSH and OpenBGPD were replaced newer version.
- Transmission (BitTorrent client) was added.
- A typo in /boottmp/rc were fixed.
