Their website is confusing. Perhaps they can separate English website with Chinese website.
Which locale / fonts /encoding supported by ECGL?
zh_tw, zh_cn, zh_hk, Big 5, UTF etc?

website is chinese, ECGL use english, but support zh_cn and UTF with font config.
