Inquisitor is an open-source hardware testing and certification system.
I can't believe this project has been around for so long and I;'ve missed it. It was mentioned recently in one of the Linux magazines I read. I still haven't had a chance to try it myself, but I thought it should be added to the list in case other people were looking for a FREE Diagnostics suite.
