OpenVistA VivA live CDs

Postby bhaskar » Thu Feb 24, 2005 9:54 am

There are two live CDs of the VistA healthcare information software which is developed by the US Department of Veterans Affairs and is in the public domain. VistA is written in MUMPS, and these live CDs use the GPL'd GT.M (http://www.sanchez-gtm.com and http://sourceforge.net/projects/sanchez-gtm). The OpenVistA VivA FOIA Gold series of live DVDs are remastered Knoppix and run around 900MB in size. The OpenVistA VivA live CDs are remastered Morphix and run around 550MB. Both OpenVistA VivA live CDs are projects of WorldVistA (http://worldvista.org) and can be downloaded from Source Forge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista).

I am not sure which URL you are referring to, but I just personally re-checked http://sourceforge.net/projects/sanchez-gtm, http://www.sanchez-gtm.com, http://worldvista.org and http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista - all four of them took me to the right pages.
