Damn Small Linux on Windows Virtual PC

Postby cateddy » Sun Sep 14, 2008 7:18 pm

Hello. I am new to this site. I downloaded the Damn Small Linux and was able to install it on Windows 2000 machine with the Virtual PC 2004. I had to change the resolution from 600x800 to 1024x768 plus I had to change the Color to High Color (16) to get the screen right. The problem that I am having is this; When I check out the software on the desktop, most of the software was not there. I was wondering if maybe I should have download both of the ISO file I seen on the site that I went to. Or is the another place that I have to go to find the software that I need to make the desktop work right. Thanks for any help on this. Chuck is the name and [email protected] is my email address. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank in advance. Chuck
