building a bare-bones internet device

I'm looking for the basis of a lean and mean internet browsing machine for my kids. A linux LiveCD seems a good choice.

I've tried a few, namely DSL, Puppy, SLAX, and a few others I can't name off the top of my head. These all provide web browsing and emailing with minimal setup, and virus immunity ( or very close to it ). I'm hooked. I've even played around with customizations and remastering with some success.

Now, I'm looking for advice on which is the leanest LiveCD that still supports Flash enabled web sites out-of-the-box. This seems to be a problem with all LiveCD's I've tried so far.

Thanks for any/all replies and recommendations,
