what is proper livecd

I am looking for a linux "livecd" that will run without a hard drive and has the following:

ftp server.
network analysis tools

any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, the Security LiveCDs excel at network analysis. Shouldn't be too difficult to find one with an ftp server.
